ProntoForms - Mobile Forms App Reviews

For me and our customer, Prontforms is great. We use it on iPad 4. It has many possibilities to send data. Currenty we use .dotx format over e-mail. The Prontoforms support works also great.

Been waiting for this app. It exceeds expectations!! Software runs flawlessly on my iPhone. Great job!!

Seems to be a solid app. The fact it is a paid subscription should be mentioned in discription.

I can see this app reducing the time of my business cycle. I really like the reporting capabilities.

First Off this is business software and requires a subscription to be useful. For businesses with mobile workers this app is incredible! Easy to build forms, they automagically sync to the field and the data from the field comes back the same way. This software has been around for a while and works on windows mobile, blackberry and iPhone which is great for companies with mixed smartphone products in the field already. iPhone version lacking signature capture and photo capture, but having met with the rep this week (our office is in the same city as True Context) that functionally should come with an update by mid June. If you need to get form data back and forth from field workers this app rocks!

Waste of time. This is a 30 day free subscription. Not worth it. Thanks for nothing.

This app saves money, paper, time, office space, employee headache and provides simplicity, mobility, and many other things. I recommend this!

We are done with paper and Excel. The ROI makes Prontoforms a no brainer.

You can build your own forms, or use library forms (lots to choose from). Works on all different devices without having to create different forms. Many enterprise-grade features, but still easy to use overall. I like that you can capture photos and sketch onto of them to annotate and capture customer signatures. Definitely worth taking the time to explore all functionality and how it can help your business.

ProntoForms is one of my go to apps for automating work processes. I think of ProntoForms as much more than just "forms" it is a simple yet powerful mobile application development environment for getting things done from the field to the head office, it has been a huge time saver that has translated into HUGE savings in time and money spent on non value-added tasks like the filing and transporting of paper documents (and the rework involved in dealing with paper). When set up right it is rock solid and seamless for the end user. Some words of advice, "invest the time in doing it right and you will reap the rewards."

This is the best app that I have ever seen and or used. I constantly use it and the ease of making your forms is amazing. This should be app of the century! I truly mean it, thanks for making it available to all iPhone users.

What am missing? It does nothing. 3 example forms but you cant make your own. Complete waste but what did I expect for free...

This isnt worth the free click and download time..... The website doesnt work and you cant edit forms on the phone

I work at a midwest beverage wholesaler and we have been using this app for several months with great success. We wanted to stop using paper to survey and leverage the smart phones we have in place throughout our sales and management teams. Although it has some limitations we plan to work with the developers on, we are very happy with the support and the results we have achieved using this app. I highly recommend it. The website has been updated and there is a fairly extensive amount of online help. The forms can be created with the online wizard or more advanced ones using CSV files.

The online portal is a bit slow, but the interface on the iPhone is excellent. Could support more field types and SIGNATURES. They have signatures available on the Windows Mobile version of the software but not on the iPhone. I really hope they implement some more features in future versions, especially if they want to make this a true game changing app with the iPad! Otherwise, its probably the best thing out there.

Rip off !!! U pay $25 a month. DIY!!

Too many other products out there that are cheaper or free (google forms) that can do the same or better. Especially if you are creative and on a budget.

I love the app? However for my Purposes $25 is a bit much and I really wish that was more prominently disclosed.... To the guy who complained about only having sample forms.... DUH - you build your forms online - the app is a field data collection interface. Idiot.

Great app we were moving all inspection systems over to this app but after we installed 4.0 it would not work. Tech support says they are working on it, in the meantime it will not run on 4.0

Used this product with 3.1.3 and worked perfectly. Upgraded to 4.0 and forget it. Will not bring up my form. An update would be appreciated.
