Easy to use. Handles photos, signature on the touchscreen, gps-stamp forms for accountability. This app does everything I need for field data capture.
I own a flood restoration company that is 24/7. Im always in the field doing work. So it hard for me to be at the office sometimes. That being said I have cut my paper work down to half the work now since I have this app. My forms are with me all the time now, dont have to worry about printing my forms anymore or carry a bunch of folders in my truck. The worst is when you open your door and all your papers fly out of your truck or car. Not anymore! Thanks Pronto Forms for making my life so much easier for me. Remember Pronto Forms can custom any form you want:)
FANTASTIC APP I searched the App store for over a month looking for an App that would , collect, utilize, and be customer friendly. Well, I found it all with Pronto Forms. Not only is it customizable to my every need, but this companys customer support will go out of its way to help me or you in every way possible. I recommend this App and give it 5 Stars Thanks Pronto Forms. Clark

I was able to eliminate all my paper work order forms, customize the output to look exactly like my current invoice and speed up my invoice delivery to my customers. This product has really changed my business. This product really goes beyond the app! The web app allows you to configure the mobile app and really allows you to deliver the BANG! I even integrated the app into my work order management software! Awesome product! You get what you pay for!
By far one of the best apps ever created to collect data from the field. It couldnt be more intuitive and easy to use. At one point we had nearly 600 employees using it throughout the country and it worked like a charm.
I use this app every day on my iPad which is meant for multitasking. However, Prontoforms does not support the multitasking functionality of the iPad. I can be working in a form and maybe I need to look in another app for some information. If I dont save my form as a draft every time, I may return to Prontoforms and its gone! I may have saved it a dozen times before and it will still be gone. This needs to be fixed. You should not lose the form you are working on due to multitasking.
Field staff for an oilfield service company spread across 8 states love this program. The application stores the needed list of products, pricing, and contact information related to the customer location. They produce complicated invoices, get the math done correctly, and print a copy for the customer in their truck. The home office is happy to get a copy of the document as soon as it is completed. ProntoForms customer service is excellent. The true beauty of the program is that it can be molded to my exact needs through the "question and answer" process. I can add or delete staff who are using the product monthly without long term contracts. The price per user is very reasonable. We are a growing company. Our field staff is already suggesting other ways we can use ProntoForms to make our paperwork flow better.
Weve been using ProntoForms for over 3 years now and its been a tremendous addition to our teacher observation process. The immediate feedback ensures high standards for classroom instruction which ultimately leads to student achievement. St. John the Baptist Parish is mobilizing our classroom observations with this app. Allowing our Educational Leaders to conduct 10 minute walkthrough observations of Interactive White Board usage and Daily Classroom Instruction.
Worked with them since October, here it is March 2013. No usable form, very little help with the first form. Went to the Webinar and could not hear what they were saying. Totally frustrated with the whole experience. If youre a small business trying to expand with Prontoforms Id find another way. Im not an IT guy and dont understand their language. If youre a bigger company with a dedicated IT staff this may be great to take the time to learn their system. For me, it has been a futile wait of my time and money!

It was fine. Somehow the decision to update the fonts was vitally important. Unfortunately I get to the send page and now the contacts that were once there are no longer in the list so Im stuck in a snowstorm trying to fill out this awesome form and I have no contacts that I used to. So Im forced to type in each email address manually when time is most of the essence. Thank you.
since updating to the newest version, the app does not allow you to select manager name or store selection - it siply crashes and closes out the app.
If there were a few edit capabilities on the iPhone/iPad such as adding to pull down menus it would be great. Also if there was the ability to view my logs from a certain day, even if it was just a snippet of the entry, it would be help keep track of what had been logged that day and what had not.
